Hello everyone I'm an inspiring Real estate investor!

Hello the giving community of BP,First of I'd like to announce that inspired by BP Podcasts I've started blogging my journey in becoming a master Wholesaler and Property Investor.

I really love it when people watch my videos and they say that it inspires or encourages them!

Even if you do end up enforcing the late fee or perusing eviction you've shown genuine compassion for the tenant--and they know it.

I'm thrilled about connecting with a like-minded community who can inspire and hold me accountable to take action on all this fantastic education I've been cramming in my head since my first wholesale class in 2007.

I was also inspired by watching some HGTV programs on Netflix last night and I really think this may be a field that interest me, I know TV is nothing like real life.I was also encouraged by Episode 113 of the BP Podcast which I have heard about 3 times and was only published yesterday and I was given a gleam of hope that I may be able to one day become a successful investor.  

I've been walking around a lot with real estate agents of late, and I always go look at properties that I'm genuinely interested in buying. 

This is a HUGE personal success to me.I just wanted to share the biggest life-changing (some call it inspiring) decision I've made in my (almost) 24 years of life.
