I get tired of reading how a person needs 800 thread count sheets, plush towels, an espresso machine, a fancy couch with Corinthian leather, top of the line mattresses, etc. 

I get the cheapest stuff amazon has and have my cleaners put it in a canister marked “cafe” so it looks fancy.

Tore some bushes out the front yard and landscaping and dressed it up with new stone and some grass seed.

Yea sure we all want that fancy STR so we can go whenever we want and vaca all the time.

The idea is to appeal to the masses and not get too fancy.

At those prices they’re probably too big and fancy for the prices.

In FL there are a lot of retirees and income are not that high but rents range around 2300 to 3000 for 3/2 and 1300 to 1900 for 2/2 depending how close to the water you are or how fancy the area is.

Opportunity is missed by most people because it is dressed in overalls and looks like work.

I do not plan to do anything too fancy for my first few deals.
