I just did a quick and dirty download from my business billing software.

I wrote an eBook on my experiences if you visit my website under thought leadership you can download for free and have some podcast interviews on my BP profile website to supplement that.  

There's a group called COREE that will allow you to download a free pass to your first meeting from their website (centralohioreia.com) and there is another meeting that takes place monthly at Tommy's Pizza in Dublin that's always free.

The data suggested to use is the Call.So, I downloaded the Call for a bank in my area, and looking at the information, all I can say is WHOA!

Download it and fill in the purple cells only.

I found the podcast since Jan 1, downloaded it and been listening to 50+ episodes.

As landlord I have the "Power" to submit a start order with my power company for electric start service into tenants name,, I download the form... it's in my move in packet and have new tenant sign it, but basically even without their signature I can start service in the new tenants name.If for some reason power is cut off I am on the account as landlord and am notified of cut offs or emergency power outages.  

I like to use the Milken Institute's Best Performing Cities Index, which you can download for free from their website. 

I also downloaded the "Meetup" app to discover more local RE meetups in the area.

i downloaded a form off of rhagp and posted one on her door, one on the main door and I'm mailing one certified letter.
