Many options out there for tenant screening trying to implement AI solutions.They can work on MOST Class A and many Class B prospects, but there's a huge dropoff in success for Class C and D prospects.

Does anyone have a good picture on the tenant class/who is renting?

Even if you win in court you still have to get paid from these great class citizens that allow others to live in your place of ownership after they vacant.I can  only imagine the trash and junk they will leave and damage!!
