In the future I want some vacation rentals and my end goal is a wedding venue.

I was in Condon this summer for a small wedding.

In the last year we have grown our wedding photo/video business as well as my custom table company, so we can’t wait to bring our services to an up and coming market!

We really couldn’t afford a property with 25k in upfront costs due to spending on a wedding also.

Clubhouse, is there a need for Wedding/other receptions in the area?

That surprised me a bit, but then again looked like a fun place for a wedding party or family reunion, so all types of places appeal to different kinds of people.
