Not so new member introduction!
Hey guys! My name is Preston Donahue, I'm currently in Canton, Ohio. I've had my BP account for a little while now, but haven't made the official introduction post. I've been a Realtor for a little over 2 years now. Originally got my license to get a foot in the investing world. I've fallen in love with the sales aspect of real estate, so I've been doing it full time for about a year and a half. I'm looking to get my first buy and hold hopefully this year! My goal is to acquire a new property every year for at least 5 years. And continue to build on top of that. In the future I want some vacation rentals and my end goal is a wedding venue.

Hello from a fellow Canton investor as well! I believe there is still a Wednesday dinner meetup, but don't hear much of it anymore. We still have the weekly Wednesday breakfast at The Athens, plus there's other meetups throughout the month. There's a number of different FB groups for Stark County Investors, plus there's the Stark County SCREIA meetings regularly.
