It is next to Youtube & Walmart offices, plus a reasonable walk to shopping & BART.    

For example let’s say Kroger or Wal Mart is building a new store in an area where most people don’t have access to those stores.

She was getting ready to go to the bank and hand them the keys thinking that it would be like taking clothes back to Walmart.  

I got this thought from a great book I read recently by a negotiator who used to train people to defeat Wal-Mart negotiators.

A new Wal-Mart has just went up this past month.

He states that he has been working at Walmart for 8yrs but doesn't know how much he makes, but works Mon-Sat.

Wal-Mart is successful because they saved money through revolutionary distribution practices then passed them on to customers because they understood that the profit impact would be made up in volume. 

Get a window AC and a couple box fans from Walmart.

Or almost as bad, other developments in the area may not happen (like the WalMart that did NOT go in across from the Hyatt hotel we were building).
