You can have them supply the siding and windows which they will mark up or you can send off the materials to a supplier and coordinate with an installer.

The sad thing is the PM company didn't even have a recommendation and the condo association pays heat so they should hook up with a supplier/installer.

Customer buys the product from you, you use their money to buy the product from the supplier, and the supplier ships out the product to the customer.

The Cleveland Clinic has become the #1 job supplier in the area, and that has spawned many more industries, including biomedical technologies, to move into the NE Ohio region.  

There are those who are permanent and almost like family and those who are are suppliers. 

If it is a mostly cash business, maybe review and cross-reference the supplier/distributor invoices they have to see how much they are purchasing (this does not guarantee that it is actually being sold at the store though).

Keep shopping - I would suggest calling a local roofing supplier and get some referrals from them.

He also works with a granite supplier if you are going with that for kitchen counters.
