Liquor Store For Sale-

Deep Ron
Posted

I've found a liquor store that I'm interested in attempting to buy.

Asking price is close to $400000 + inventory  for business only and was told that its making close to $90000 sales Monthly .

I am a 1st time buyer  and looking for advise on how should be the strategy on verifying the Monthly sales  for the business

is $400k asking price for goodwill is worth for the numbers that they have mentioned ?

what other details I should considering in looking at it if the seller price is ok

and also need some advise on how should i verify the sales and expense report they give for due diligence verification , hoping these details would be correct and not bumped up prices .
