There is no magic or some "clever overlooked by all" hidden secret method.It is basic human psychology.You watch a sad movie, you cry, I tell you a joke you laugh, when someone becomes motivated, they will look for a credible authoritative company looking for help/a solution.Just common sense.

However if I were staying I would very much prefer to have a living space to wind down in while watching a movie on the couch and the ability to cook a nice breakfast in the kitchen.  

Sorry for the sarcasm but there is so much bad advice and lack of research done by people Unless you are in the illegal drug trade or handcuff your tenants in a room like in the movies, can you name 1 item that would cause you to be personally responsible for getting sued and need a LLC that would not be covered by insurance ?

There are plenty of successful ones outside of the theme park cooridor, but if that is where you are looking, they are typically...Guard gated, beautifully landscaped, have a clubhouse with lazy river, volleyball, tennis, multiple pools, game rooms, nail salons, restaurants/tiki bars, fitness centers, movie theaters and more.

Also, this isn't a Disney movie.

For tenant replacement, the more specialized/specific use the property is (former supermarket, movie theater, manufacturing) the longer it will take to fill with a new tenant.

In STR, if you’re doing it in an actual vacation market, the question is much more “can I do this” than “will it make money”You will be dealing with drunk vacationers in your home trying to figure out the remote to watch dirty movies at 2am. 

In my opinion crypto is still speculative since it's not viewed as worth something at most establishments although this is slowly changing.At this point it's in the same group to me as pokemon cards.
