Hey BP!

I'm a new agent in Hagerstown, MD. I've been licensed for around 8 months and have closed 5 deals so far (2 buyers, 3 listings) but now my pipeline has pretty much dried up. What are you guys doing for lead generation? I understand any method works as long as you're consistent, but would love some advice on getting new business. My SOI is pretty small right now as we've only been in MD for about 3 years.
