As this thread goes on, this sounds less and less like a concerned father trying to figure out what to do in a specific situation and more and more like a subplot on a Mexican soap opera.

I am not establishing a mexican corporation to own it.wondering if it matters from a registration/tax implication which state I establish the LLC in since all the income/business will occur in mexico?

I think the law in Mexico is that even if you marry a Mexican, you cannot own any property.

I’ll take less money, work for my investors in empty houses, play my music and just work with no distractions. just like my wife is so much more productive working from home now rather than an office which is constant distractions.   

it is also located 1 block from a brewery and music venue.1. is this the best way to structure this deal if I want to keep and operate it long term?
