Help with NACA or FHA loans?!
Saving up for my first multi unit but know nothing! Heard one of the podcast guest talk about a NACA mortgage to help him get started and ended up needing no down payment! Music to my ears! Anyone who can help me decide if that is for me or I need to go the FHA way and save up?! Goal is to basically just break even in living expenses at this time before I can scale my real estate investments.
