where to establish LLC with all business earnings in mexico

Hi. was hoping to get some opinions on this. purchasing an investment property in mexico. Bank trust holding the deed will be "owned" by an LLC established here in the US. I am not establishing a mexican corporation to own it.

wondering if it matters from a registration/tax implication which state I establish the LLC in since all the income/business will occur in mexico? any thoughts?
