Hello everyone my name is Jorel I am 18 I live in Fayetteville, NC I have recently found interest in the world of real estate and have figured out it is the Career I want to do full time I am still learning every day attending webinars reading books and trying to build my knowledge I came on here today to ask if you guys could give me advice on the first step to wholesale a house I don’t really have the income to pay out of pocket and may not get approved for some loans because I have not had time to fully build up my credit so I was wondering if you guys had any advice and if I should go down the LLC route and how to do it any advice helps

I’m currently deployed but I’ve been looking at webinars and seeing if there’s get togethers in or around Austin since I’m stationed at FT.

To list it on Airbnb check out their information for hosts and take an intro webinar with one of their top hosts.

If you do construction on flips, you have an entire live webinar available every day.

When 2021 hit, we really started digging into the science of investing (books, BPPC, BP webinars, etc…) and realized that we will do whatever it takes to live the financially free life style.

At this point I have been reading BP books, attending webinars, and have been listening to the podcast.

That has at least a 10x ROI on the cost of books, podcasts, webinars, and summits. 

Read through several of the BP books (and will continue to read), been blazing through BP podcasts and webinars.
