How to do a partnership right?

I am new to RE investing. Read through several of the BP books (and will continue to read), been blazing through BP podcasts and webinars.

I want to start with the Brrr method and am planning to partner on a deal with 3 of my brothers so that we can do a cash offer.

How should we go about doing this? Do we need a certain type of contract? LLC? Do we need an attorney to draft something?

I know you have to be so careful and we won’t this to be something that comes between us. We are all very close and have very similar values so I not over worried about it but want to be proactive and intentional. Any advice is appreciated.

Thanks!
