They covered the damage to the property, the inspection for determination of the problem including the camera scope, but once they found out it was caused by tree roots, they informed me that roots were not covered (probably because of the probability of having to dig).

@Jim Hartmann  one needs to remember all RE education that is in the form of so called Guru's has its roots in MLM... pretty much the same marketing techniques.. instead of buying all your products to resell to all your friends.. they are selling you their knowledge about RE investing.
