Until you can jailbreak the iPad like the iPhone, it isn't worth it...My iPhone can: fax, 'scan' (with photographs of documents), read and write all office documents, take multiple photos quickly, multi-task by switching between running apps, locate houses, print, connect home to my desktop, email documents, group contacts, schedule my calls to make (with Google Voice), and I'm sure I missed a couple of things...iPad...not yet.

I still got a lot of voice mails and will follow up with them.

The 5,000 that responded positively to the bill, were they just so super smart that they could see through the misinformation of Fox News and the Republicans and the Tea Party activists and anyone else who voiced any opposition to the bill?

This is when you should have them send you an e-mail, text, or leave a Voice Mail giving you permission that way you've covered yourself.

.- Association members came onto our property without notification and my husband was going out the back door and our dog ran passed him (the dog was inside but heard voices so ran out) and jumped on one of the assocation members (our dog was not viscous he is just big and he jumped).

I didn't mention he lived in the back house.May be you could have a friend or family member show the unit to get it leased and just be the voice on the phone.

The real reason that I will not be interested in the condos are the HOA's.This would also be true for several communities such as retirement home communities in FL.Just my preference, I hate HOA's because the rules change without warning to those who cant be there to voice an opinion because they are away completing an investment or two other places!!!
