A great uncle of mine use to have a ranch just to the west of Airdrie - his kids have long since sold most of it for subdivisions - who use to breed the Palominos which lead the Stampede Parade for years.Wholesaling in Canada can be a tough slog.

The only thing I would add would be to, if at all possible, put eyes on the dogs yourself so you can verify their breed, size, and temperament.

I would ignore all of her "add on" requests at the moment and ask her to provide her dog's photo, breed/weight information, proof of vaccines being up-to-date, and registration.

My lease states that tenants are responsible for all ordinary Landscaping which would include watering, mowing, and weeding. for larger tasks like pruning trees, I prefer to hire contractors that know what they're doing.as for pets, you can place restrictions on breed, size, or type.
