I am looking for a place online to purchase a gas fireplace insert. there are 2 stores close by, but i never pay retail; i am looking for wholesale prices.the problem with a "google fireplaces" is that there are THOUSANDS of websites that all claim they are the cream of the crop and i want something tried and verified.from what i can tell (new to fireplace specs), i need:around 40k btwmodern lookto go inside a wood burning fireplaceto have a fanany help would be appreciated.

We unlock the apartment during business hours if we are available or they can call a locksmith.Some obvious things that weren't in my lease before, but will be from now on due to one of my tenants:Light bulbs- their responsibility in their unit, have them let you know about bulbs that need to be changed in the common areas.Plumbing-  Suggest running hot water to help clear shaving cream and tooth paste from slow drains, and allow the use of Drano or other drain cleaner if needed.
