My best bit of advice is to come to them VERY ORGANIZED.  

The LLC Purchases homes, renovates them, then resells them. 

As soon as you state your name and say you got their number off CL and you are interested in buying their property they conversation will be organic from there.

So you need to either speak to someone outside the hospital (like a property manager) or someone else inside the organization i.e. one of the traveling professionals that is aware of the normal method of being housed after being placed at that hospital.
