They like to buy land, put in the infrastructure with public funds ( water, elec, water run off, roads etc etc)  then sell it at the same price they bought it at to a private company.

Most of the property I've located is also from an acquisitions company as well and the two can't work together.If you’re trying to broker property that’s not public ally available for sale, you’ve got a shot a successfully completing a transaction.

There is no way to refute afterwards, this is the best way to revert it, of course unless you are wrong about the footage and the footage reported is accurate.99.99% of the time the inaccurate information is due to a lazy appraiser gathering that information off of some old public information.

It's a less personal experience for the public but the results are very efficient and thorough.

Some agents include the assumption option in public or private remarks.I also use property radar to search loan info on local properties.Do you have a VA loan entitlement available and gap funds ?
