Do i need a business license for wholesaling in Las Vegas?

So I know how expensive it is, just like most of the rest of California.... so I ended up investing in Las Vegas.Do you have any personal experience with the cities you are considering to invest in?

My intention is to underwrite as many deals as possible, with the purpose of creating a case study section for my pitch-book/deck.Does anyone have recommendations on investor friendly multi-family brokers and/or wholesalers that I could reach out to in the Las Vegas and Reno MSA? 

I won't disclose any, and I'm sure every market varies, but in the Phoenix, Las Vegas, and Southern California markets, there are plenty of 100% financiers available.

I have a tenant renting a unit in a 4 plex in Las Vegas, Nv.

Jack and Jill homeowner don't really ever do options 2 or 3, but at least it will get you in the habit of offering with and thinking about different scenarios.  2 and 3 is best for tired landlords, off-market.If the seller picks an option, ask for the LAs assistance or google up a standard PSA for your state.
