Hello everyone! not sure how many people will read this post but I will gladly introduce myself to those who do. My name is Alfonso, most people call me Fonzie. I'm 21 years old and I'm currently a sophomore in college studying Electrical Engineering. I decided to join this site because I really want to start learning everything there is to know about real estate and it's various forms of it. My main goal in life right now is to be able to make enough money where I would no longer need a job and still have a steady income. That way whenever I start to settle down with a family, I can spend most of my time with them. 

The few things that I've learned about real estate shows me that it's probably the best route for me to accomplish my goal. I also know this won't be easy and that it'll take time so I will gladly take anyones help along the way.
