Similarly, I have seen some manager's advertise all turn arounds take a set time (be it a 1 or 2 weeks or a month) but so much depends on the condition of the unit (think tobacco or cat urine), what it needs, and available resources (be it your time or a contractor's schedule)...My philosophy: it takes as long as it takes.

That has always been my philosophy from the beginning, even with my Construction Business, once i had a Family, they come First, i do not work weekends or nights (unless absolutely necessary) i made sure i was at every Practice, game or competition for them and i still do that.
