Hi,

I am new in the real estate world, and just got my real estate broker license last September. My goal is to own enough single family homes that generate enough cash flow so that I can become financial independent in 5-8 years. I have  been looking for my first deal in the last 6 months, but everything came cross so far are too expensive to make a positive cash flow. I am not giving up, will continue to explore other options other than single family home.

I am excited to join everyone here in BiggerPockets. Feel free to reach out to me if anyone wants to look at property anytime in the greater Seattle area, I can certainly help. Not looking to make commission , but looking to gain insights on how to find a rental property.
