I helped with every flip, kept track of financials for them and even went 50/50 on my first "flip" (although it wound up being a tear down, subdivided and then sold to a builder.)I wanted to follow in their footsteps but was guided to go to University, get a degree and then snag a 9-5 corporate job.

You are reading a letter from a 61 year old that has about 30 years of experience in construction management and had a real estate broker license in Texas for about 30 years too and my dad had a broker license when I graduated college (with honors) with a business degree that emphasized real estate and he did mostly commercial deals that I learned from.Good luck to you!

I have a rental property and had an a/c guy come look at the cooling system as the tenant said she had it set on 69 but was running close to 75 degrees in the house.
