Next week, we will be closing on our first primary (but will be our investment property in a few years) going to close on our first property in Mount Vernon area.

I've debated getting one of those mounts in my truck for a laptop like cops and some contractors have.Any good apps for this purpose?

In talking with the wholesaler, I negotiated the price to a feasible mount for me, but is still about 10K more than I can scrounge together from my personal accounts (not including credit cards).

For 300k you can get a super nice, brand-new property in Summerville (where I live) or even in Mount P.I would first specify the price you want to pay for the property and then that'll determine where you can buy.

I would make for an awesome team member, I just need to find a great residential GC partner.Anacortes is wealthy, little town in Skagit County, and I'm looking for investor friendly contractors who want to rehab and flip from the areas of Anacortes, Skagit County, Burlington, Mount Vernon, Oak Harbor, Whatcom, and maybe Snohomish County and Seattle if it makes sense to travel or if you are interested in a new hot market.

That said we are still for sale, no action, and the losses just keep mounting.
