Basically a unit just for pilots/flight attendants?

My flight comes in at 11am, so i’ll probably be at the hotel around noon.

Unless you are going to a top flight Ivy League school it's not worth it.

@Alexander Felice Ah, I still think I like your plan better, but I’ve got a 5 hour flight for books.

However, my wife and I work full time, live six states away from our closest property, and have taken two long weekend flights with our 22 month old to kick the tires on the operation and only she's something special.

LOL it's within city limits on Maiden near the cemetery. 

My wife and I are going to be getting back into it and will be looking to buy and hold with rentals to ultimately be able to retire either with some certainty and/or early, I'd also like to change career paths and become a Flight Nurse, but it's a pay cut so I'm unable curretnly.

The flights to and from Detroit have to be planned out ahead of time or I have to make the four hour drive on a weekend.
