The details they gave me:- They relocated here for work and commute 2+ hours from their current rental that they're leasing there through January 31- They want to move in here January 1, a Wednesday- They don't get paid until January 3, a Friday, and get paid weekly each week- They work at a law office here (admin staff) and just started the job this weekThis person sounded good until they said it would be "cutting it close to pay their current rent and deposit/rent here upfront by January 1."

As I understand it, since we are not providing any medical care or medication management, we are not subject to the same laws and regulations as an assisted living facility, nor do we have to have certified staff on-site 24/7.
