Make sure you set up a tag for San Fiego to meet others in your area.

IN Oregon Multnomah county has a tax but its a small income tax for all citizens.. not tagged to property.. and of course out our way we do not differentiate between owner occ and invesetor.. same tax for all.

@Upen Patel is a mortgage broker...and I bet he has a lot of information on the 203k loan.Also try tagging people in the responses so they see it.

When I cam to BP 6 years ago, your user ID was tagged with investor, still is, it's the first "mistake" I noticed on BP, an indication that what was popular prevailed.

I don't know of any reputable turnkey provider but tagging @Ali Boone for Athens market I would certainly connect with @Ethan Atkinson.  

I'm hoping to find an Investor Friendly Broker in my area over the next couple of weeks as I will be cramming to obtain my license asap.ps  I also tried to tag J, Greg & Brandon but was not successful.
