They seem entirely misinformed and looking for the lowest hanging fruit rather than trying to help your needs.

You will find that having this time now to focus on RE will bring fruitful results.

Another person may not have the responses I have, others may struggle in the market as a person's marketing efforts and efficient matter, I admittedly have a giant marketing machine that we bring to bear on our listings so we do very well at tenant placement. 

America needs to turn the switch and start the machine again.

Not sure of your budget but the deal machine app might be helpful to you. 

The market works like an efficient machine, homes tend to sell at their current market value as long as they have appropriate marketing and exposure.The market sets the price through how buyers respond to the home at the list price.

The atm machines are the only way people are able to do their banking transactions.

Another way would be to create an additional revenue stream within the building, maybe add coin laundry, vending machines, rentable storage units, etc... 

When I search for myself, it comes up with 13 numbers (where Deal Machine found none), about half of which look familiar.
