Would you offer a low ball offer?
Do you ever offer lowball for your investor clients?

Anyone ever try selling a used car? Have a guy waste a hour or two of your time to come look at it and then they give you a lame low ball offer?
I always imagine thats what it's like to be a sellers agent but i seriously dont know lol.
I will tell you that any ridiculous low ball offers I ever recieve on anything are instantly ignored forever with no chance of ever getting a response.
