One problem I'm running into is that I have to use Stripe for my payment collection for VRBO bookings so it does not automatically collect and remit taxes...trying to set it up to do this through Stripe but it's not as straightforward as one would think  Nope, iGMS just lets you use the normal VRBO or Airbnb payment methods. 

But for individual lots to build just one home, you can use the methods above. 

Is this a good approach or is there a more simple method of calculating an offer??

You get tired after while if you follow traditional method.

My method to determine this is to do a manual comp analysis of properties on Airbnb and Furnished Finder.
