Plus, there have been several court cases concerning corporate protections in California where the Court has decided to "pierce the corporate veil" concerning California LLC's - which means that setting up an asset protection structure based in California is almost like not having anything in place at all.

The house next door rents for $350 per night and it's just a standard house with no pedigree.With that said, corporate events and weddings would be the big revenue generators supplemented by guided tours when the house was not rented.What I would do is renovate the interior of the house to match the interior of the Brady Bunch TV Show.

My plan would be to move into the neighbor's house in a year or so and rent (corporate housing) the one I just purchased.

After I received my employee identification number, I was told that if I want to, I have the option of filing form 8832 "Entity Classification Election" and elect to be classified as an organization taxable as a corporation.
