I've never handled unlaid linoleum, but having seen bits where it's been partially torn up where others have put in new flooring, it seemed thinner than the sheets I handled today.

Most of the money will be spent on administrative costs and most of the service will be used by bad renters trying to extract one more drop of blood like the leaches they are.If you are a smart Landlord that obeys the law, treats people honestly and fairly, and that documents everything properly, you won't see tenants using this service and you won't lose when they do.

We did go with the thinner vinyl, but it was a flip.Hardie plank is a much nicer product, and will cost more all around (material and labor).
