In my line of work I have the pleasure of communicating with a large amount of aspiring real estate investors. 

*Clearing my throat and standing on my soapbox*

Beginner investors..... Please understand the importance of the knowledge BiggerPockets has to offer you in all forms (Watch, Listen, Read). I know I am not reinventing the wheel with this information, but it is crucial in every form to understand the process of investing. I have talked to a lot of people looking to crack into the market who have done a large amount of research as well which is refreshing, but never stop soaking up knowledge. I would love for a few others to post the order of importance to them in investing as it will always be a little different for every person. 

1. Study and be decisive on strategy (Flip, Buy and Hold, BRRRR etc..)

2. Getting a pulse on the market you are looking to invest in (Find a resource in your area that can get you connected to pricing)

3. Start vetting your team (Reach out to contractors, plumbers, painters, HVAC specialists etc..)

There is so much that goes into investing, but these 3 are things I would value above most others. I would love for everybody to hope in this link so we can further help beginner investor to feel comfortable starting their investing journey.
