As long as my investment is less than the value of land anything is fair game.I have bought a series of lots in a new suburb that the project ended when the company went bankrupt.  

My doctor helped wean me off the sleeping pills through a series of exercise, better diet, a reduction in alcohol and some natural sleep aids which include melatonin and Celestial Seasonings Sleepy Time tea, of all things, which includes valerian, chamomile and other herbs that promote sleep.For the first time in 15-20 years, I'm sleeping a full 7-8 hours a night, with no aid.  

 I just want to suggest that's every individual out there has a different set of circumstances, does everyone on BP need a series LLC owned by a foreign trust?

LOL.. nothing more than lending guruism.But with all the talk of no money down real estate from BP, to late night TV blah blah blah.. these folks I am sure get a lot of hits and make a very sizable amount of money on the turn downs.you hit the nail on the head with these folks in my personal opinion as a HML and from a HML perspective.

They sit in front of the TV and treat life as if it goes on forever.

They'll want to sit and watch TV, drink a beer, and have "just one" inside --- because you'll never notice, right?
