We had to overnight the part and tried to install it today on 1/31.

I hope to focus solely on investing one day but nobody becomes a full-time investor overnight as that takes the most time. 

I have spent a LOT of money on courses, seminars boot camps etc.

Hi all, If anyone is interested we will be having an REI meet up at the new Okinawa Rycom Mall (Aeyon near Camp Foster) tomorrow night (Sunday 5 Feb) @1830.  

I enjoy watching sports, video and tabletop games, listening to podcasts, reading a good book on a early weekend morning, hiking and camping, and above all spending time with family and friends. 

There can be big, unforeseen expenses that can make you lose tenants nearly overnight if you can't repair them asap.

Also, you should come to the CARPOA meetings in camp hill.  

This is not by any means an easy task or get rich over night.

I like the personal service.they give me a check deposit machine so I can deposit checks at home.. etc etc.plus its always a live person I have my own personal bankers.. its really an extension of my office.And they have loaned me over 10 million dollars for my building projects.. and I did not get this over night.. this is a culmination of me being loyal for 20 plus years with this bank..
