We are trying to stay in Madison school district which is close to Middletown SD but is advertised as not solely based on location which I still need to call and verify.

The main difference is this property (duplex) is set up for tenants to cover their utilities, we only pay trash as required by Madison County.

Hi Matt, Milwaukee is alot more affordable than Madison right now.Not sure what size bldgs your lookng for but my personal nich is 4 families Due to more cashflow and lower maintenance
