Are there any good books on using a self directed IRA for buying real Estate?

This sounds like an interesting strategy and I want to learn more about it. Can anyone recommend a good book or other resource that dives into using a self directed IRA to buy & hold Real Estate?

I have a self directed ROTH IRA and a Solo401k Roth and both own rental houses.

Since they are both ROTHs the tax was paid on the front end and they are free from future tax and capital gains tax.

I highly recommend having one.
