Can't help but notice that like 99% of MLS providers' initials end in 'AR' for Association (of) Realtors® i understand ethics requirements and good for the community and such, but arent even those intrinsic to state license issuer, not commercial brand?

We hope it will appeal to nature lovers, those who need a writer's retreat, or possibly those who are in town for treatment at Houston's medical center.

That statement just focuses on the tax treatment.

If I had to find a negative point in having a license it's simply to be bound to the TREC rules and regs however these are user friendly in my opinion and should not change the dynamics in any way other than using good ethics....which we do anyway when our client's best interest is at the forefront of the deal!

Eviction cases are closed in San Diego I believe for the first 60 days; not sure of the treatment for other counties. 

I felt leaving the district court feeling like I had dressed like a bum and didnt have a lawyer, I would have gotten better treatment.

Legally and ethically, you'll be better of listing and selling.

I've also heard that even after treatment the fungal can come back and continue to spread.What do members of biggerpockets think?
