Imagine paying for a huge target list only once and sending tens of thousands of emails every week for a small monthly fee from a email delivery company.

I understand the value of "driving for dollars" but as a delivery driver for Domino's(currently) I see few options in my immediate area. 

First post.I’ve been considering reaching out to usps, fedex, usps, and amazon delivery drivers at scale and recruiting them to be on the look out for distressed properties and offer them a finders fee if I wind up buying a property.

We refer tenants to a local, reputable used appliance store that offers a warrantee and delivery for half the cost of a brand new set.

For example when one of our OTS microwaves gave out, the repair guy with parts and service to fix is $300 and to buy brand new with tax delivery and install is $270. 

I think the key is the delivery - I'm not a huge fan of "We're investors so we dont offer retail" as that translates to "We're investors so we're looking to make our money off of you".Instead, I'd phrase it like, "I wish I could offer you top-dollar but as an investor I'm looking to renovate and sell this house so I need some room to make my profit.

If the lender identifies rental income from the property, the loan is eligible for delivery as a second home as long as the income is not used for qualifying purposes, and all other requirements for second homes are met (including the occupancy requirement above). 

She wants her money back and you not accepting delivery will not help your case.

IMO, proper delivery of the notice is more important
