All you need is one bad comment about there being no tv and you'll lose potential guests.

I would agree with the comments above start out slow make your own calls at first get 1000 calls will teach you how to speak on the phone with the seller so you can teach the VA what to say when handling objects it took me about 4 months to get my first wholesale deal everyone is different but it taught me a lot.
