Additionally, most states have continuing eduction requirements, so you'll have to invest time to keep your license.How much will you have to save in commissions, or actually earn in commissions, to make it worthwhile?

Can you see if these areas are worthwhile to invest, or recommend other surrounding areas?

Are these locations safe and worthwhile for investment?

That's what you need the house to be worth ARV to make this a worthwhile deal.
