I am a Graphic Designer here in Indianapolis, and Graphic Design has so far been a good career for me for the past 10 years, but like many during the great recession I was furloughed at my job for several years and made only 80% of my normal income during that time. 4 day work weeks were nice, but my wife and I had a very hard time economically during those couple years, we still managed to save money and meet the bills, we had to put off alot of things that we wanted to do but couldn't really afford.

My workweek is swamped.I have purchased a copy of Real Estate investing for Dummies and am waiting for it in the mail.

In addition to what I posted, I just wanted to let you know that the "quuuuiiiicccck tips" for Postlets advertised it (and got my tenant), my Google voice number fielded the calls annnnd now that I just finished The 4 Hour Work Week, I have a whole new thought process on moving forward.

My personal favorite is the E-myth and 4 Hour Work Week.

And I just downloaded "The E-Myth Revisited" audio book. and the "4-hour Work week" e-book.

HiMy work week is crazy so bigger pockets is the closest thing I have to an REI club.

I tried to keep accurate track of the hours on this specific deal, but if you count all of the hours and dollars I've spent over the years on real estate education, evaluating deals, making real estate contacts and even surfing Bigger Pockets, the numbers wouldn't look so sexy.Someone asked Tim Ferris (4-hour workweek) once how he was able to do all his personal reading, blogging and networking in just 4 hours a week.

As many of you know, the weekly schedule is comprised of mostly 3 day work weeks, with 12 hour shifts.
