If someone wants to be rich, they will work 20 hours a day to get there till the day they die, even if they never make it, they have a vision and they won’t waver from it. 99% of people won’t do that, thus they never arrive at their dream.

We also did not waver in our buying criteria.

I’m in Monroe often for my work and live nearby on Providence Road in Waverly.

As a landlord, if you start to show that you are wavering or ignorant of the process, you will be exposing yourself to problems down the road.

I have a property in Waverly and Pigtown that I bought each for around $50K and they rent for $1000+.  

Got a PM and I waver between thinking he's great and then not so great.

I plan to stick with my requirements, no wavering on that, I just want to be polite at the same time so I wasn't sure if it is best to just ignore it and wait to see if they research it again and read that or if I should be the one to respond and maybe restate the non-smoking requirement so they can be fully aware that they will not qualify.
