I am unsettled at the moment.

The idea of potentially rising/adjusting rates pricing me out of a property I own is unsettling.

It feels unsettling to me as well, and I haven't found a good solution to this.

Also the fact that you don’t own the land is a bit unsettling.

There were a few unsettling clauses in my PM agreement that I brought up and to my surprise, my PM was perfectly fine with dropping them.

But not having the fixed amount for 30 years is a little unsettling considering I don't know what will happen in the future.Details: (with 25% down)7/1 ARM - 3.625% rate, p&i 1292.9130 year fixed - 4.25% rate, p&i 1394.65So With the ARM I would save 100/month on cash flow, or 8400 in the 7 years of a fixed rate.

My credit took a beating thanks to bad credit card usage years ago and also due to a unsettled bill.

Summary: the primary goal is cash flow on this unit, but the exponential growth in price is unsettling and the rate of growth does not consistent with past growth 3 years and older.Any words of advice are appreciated.Thank you,Tom
