Convince Me To Continue Being A Landlord

Bought a few houses (12)  years ago. Did pretty well.

Now trying to decide if We should Cash out on some of them

and trying to diversify into stocks .

Odd times right now. Just trying to figure Risk/Reward/Headache/Future Values/etc

@Douglas Graves if you want to sell some RE to diversify then now is certainly a good time to sell. However, the stock market values are inflated just like RE prices and of course it’s expensive to sell RE, not to mention the tax hit. If deleveraging through selling a few properties and using the proceeds to pay down/off other properties meets your goals then go for it. It’s never a bad time to make your portfolio more efficient. Good luck with whatever you decide. It’s a “problem” I’m working on having!
