I have dealt with this type of transaction many times.

They 30 year track record firm  may now be using social media to pitch their deals right alongside and perhaps even pursue the same transactions as the new age syndicators but the two groups are likely pursuing entirely different LP investors.

Will reduce transactional waste significantly. without transactional waste I would be out of bizzness LOL

Most deals I work, I find that the most inexperienced party in a real estate transaction will end up losing 4-10% of the value of the home in the transaction because they don't know what they are doing.
